But I actually did this.

I took three rock-solid listing strategies that I covered in March, tossed them into a randomly generated fictional (but painfully realistic) scenario, and asked hundreds of top agents, new agents, and loan officers to vote on which would land the expired listing first.

Here's the scenario I gave them:

-Priced Competitively: Right around the neighborhood average—not a mansion, not a fixer-upper.
